Comment and Like Notifications on Observations & Special Moments
Stay up to date with what matters most – feedback and engagement between teachers and parents. Arc Pathway now supports real-time notifications for comments and likes on both observations and special moments.
What’s New?
You will now receive push notifications on the Arc Pathway mobile app (iOS & Android) and web notifications on the platform when:
- A teacher or parent comments on an observation or special moment.
- A teacher or parent likes an observation or special moment.
These notifications make it easy to respond quickly and stay engaged in the learning journey.
Each notification will take you directly to the content – whether it’s in the app or on the web.
On the Mobile App
- You’ll receive push notifications in real time.
- Tapping the notification will open the relevant observation or special moment in the app.
On the Web
- Notifications will appear in your notification bar at the top of the screen.
- Click to open the item directly and see the comment or like.
FAQs
Q: I got a notification, but it didn’t say who it was from – why?
A: Notifications show the sender’s name and child’s name when available. If something looks off, check that you're logged in as the correct user.
Q: I clicked a web notification and saw an error page.
A: Please ensure you’re logged in and viewing the correct class or profile. Let your school admin know if the issue persists.
