You can use Arc Pathway on either a browser or the mobile app. The login steps are slightly different depending on how you access it.
What you’ll need
- Your username
- Your password
- Your setting’s personalised URL (for browser login)
If any of these are missing, ask your setting’s admin.
Using the Arc Pathway App (iOS or Android)
- Download the Arc Pathway app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and log in with the username and password provided by the your school or early years setting.
- No personalised URL needed – just enter your login details.
Your Arc Pathway URL
Once you have signed up to Arc Pathway you will receive a URL which is personalised to your setting. The format will be yoursetting.arcpathway.com

Logging in with your username and password
You will have received a username and password from the Arc Pathway team once you have been onboarded. Enter the username and password provided and click ‘log in’ to proceed.

Troubleshooting
Invalid username or password
- Check for extra spaces before/after your username or password.
- Check Caps Lock is off (passwords are case-sensitive).
- If still failing, reset your password or ask your admin for help.
Login page won’t load
You’re likely using the wrong URL. Ensure you have your setting’s personalised URL (for example: yoursetting.arcpathway.com).
App isn’t working properly
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
- Try closing and reopening the app.
- If the problem persists, reinstall the app.
